Written by Logical Men

Marriage is an important decision, especially when someone knows that he has to spend his entire life with the partner which he has selected. Therefore, many people like to spend some time with their dates before entering into a committing relationship. Marriage is a responsibility and one has to fulfill it without going for its negatives. Recently, a woman decided to end her marriage in a strange way, she blew up her wedding dress as shown in this Facebook uploaded video. She did so in after throwing up a party as she wanted to celebrate this moment with all the zeal and zest. The woman from Texas found this unique way of ending the marriage pretty perfect and she decided to go for it without any hesitation. She was in marriage for the last 14 years and this was how she decided to end it.

The woman had decided to end the marriage with more than a signature. Carla (sister of the Kimberly) said that the people were able to ehard the sound of the explosion at the distance of 15 miles. She was covered by McClatchy newspaper. The dad and brother-in-law of Kimberly had suggested that instead of throwing the dress in plain fire, they should use something ferocious. Kimberly then came forwards with an idea with the help of them which later became viral on the internet. She was given suggestions from a lot of her family members which she didn’t follow. Giving an interview to explain those suggestions Kimberly said the following.

I had a lot of advice and suggestions from friends and family, like donating it for premature babies and baptism gowns. However, to me, the dress represented a lie. I wanted to have a divorce party to burn the dress.

They rigged the dress with 20 pounds of Tannerite. She fetched a friend who was a geek as he helped her bring on the technical side of the dress termination with fire and fury. Then they aimed at the dress and shot the dress rigged with Tannerite.

It was liberating pulling that trigger. It was closure for all of us, said the divorcee
