Woman filmed licking ice cream and later putting it back could face 20-year incarceration

A woman was captured licking ice cream and now she can face up to 20-year incarceration. The unusual thing was not her activity of licking ice cream as almost everyone does the same when encountered with a mouth-watering sweet ice cream. The case was different because after she licked the ice cream in a Lufkin store, she just put it back in the fridge. The video was filmed and later it made its way to the social media. Because of the controversial nature of the video, it went viral. People were wondering that what compelled the woman to perform such a strange prank.

The woman entered into the grocery store. After some time she picked up an ice cream back from the refrigerator of the grocery store. She opened the ice cream box and licked the top of the ice cream. Later, she re-packed the box and re-placed it into the refrigerator.

The footage was viewed for more than 11 million times. The identity of the woman was not revealed in the video. The woman took out a tub of ice cream and after portraying to eat it, she then re-placed the tub after having a good amount of laughter. She felt pretty happy with the activity she just performed. On moral grounds the activity performed by the woman was pretty cringe-worthy. The police after taking notice of the incident approached the guy who was accompanying the woman. He can be heard encouraging the woman by asking her to lick the ice cream.

The woman has been identified and according to the report published by NBC News the woman can faced 2 to 10 years of incarceration with a fine of $10,000. The investigators of the case are in contact with the FDA, other charges can be established against the woman.
