Humans can show compassion and kindness, this one incident of a man jumping into frozen pool for sake of saving a dog, epitomises this believe. Delivery drivers are heroes as they drive through the harsh conditions while defying sleep to deliver the parcels to the loved ones of the others. However this one delivery driver surpassed all the limits of the bravery by lending hand to a dog. The delivery drivers of the Bozeman, Montana are quite punctual in this regard as they not only deliver parcel on time but they also prefer to deliver it on the door step.

This driver was on his usual route of delivery until he heard a dog crying

So, this driver was doing his usual job when he heard a dog crying. Ryan being a sane person could understand that some dog was in trouble. Being a good human he couldn’t just leave the troubled creature. He was passing by a pond and as the sun was setting in so he couldn’t just see the dog quite clearly. Therefore, he made his delivery and went to the other side of the pond. He approached the problem in quite a perfect way, he shared his experience with USA Today.

I could see the dog trapped about 10-15 feet off of shore, with ice all around it. I stripped to my boxers and got the guy out of the boat. Then, I slid the boat out onto the ice, using it to distribute my weight. I shimmed out to where the ice was thin.

Ryan entered the ice like a brave man and then swam to save the dog which was trapped. Ryan after taking out the dog, went on to give it a shower in some hot water. Despite Ryan lending a hand for help, he was able to deliver more packages on time. Ryan said that he had to help the poor dog, he added:

Animals are my weakness. It was the highlight of my 14-year UPS career.

Later Ryan tracked down the owner of the dog and sent the dog through parcel service. Later Ryan met the owner and he was happy to learn that the dog remembered him despite all the odds.
