This Japanese firm is giving away extra 6 holidays to its employees and that too because of a valid reason. The order from the company headquarters was signed this September and it became functional today. The news is going quite viral on the Internet among the working class because who doesn’t like extra holidays?

This Marketing firm named Piala Inc. took a suggestion of a worker seriously as he communicated the complaints of all the workers who didn’t smoke to the company headquarters. Now, these non-smoking employees used to take no break from work. But the employees who had a habit of smoking used to godown to the ground floor of the office building in order to take a smoke break. This entire practice was taking around 15 minutes in total.

Now the employees who didn’t smoke were frustrated with this practice and they also wanted something like it. The company owners wanted to maintain a goodwill thus they ordered a 6 day paid leave for those employees who didn’t smoke.

A spokesman for the company said, “One of our non-smoking staff put a message in the company suggestion box earlier in the year saying that smoking breaks were causing problems.

The CEO of the company thinks that such an incentive for the non-smokerss is going to make smokers think about quitting a bad habit. He thinks that this way the smokers can leave smoking. It is worth mentioning that the company office is located at the 29th floor of the office block in Tokyo. The Japanese government is putting a lot of efforts in order to toughen the anti smoking regulations.
