A Hialeah man was accused of shooting at the AT&T trucks because they were parked near his house. A lame reason to shoot at the trucks. The man lost his temper for some reason and started firing on the trucks using his Rugger .357 revolver.
Jorge Jove, 64-year-old, a retired fire fighter was recorded shooting at the AT&T trucks. Shortly after the complaint he got arrested and was released from the jail on a $30k bond. Those AT&T trucks were hanging lines on the utility poles on a residential street. Jove got upset and told the workers to move away from his house.
Another report suggests that Jove got angry because he feared that the AT&T trucks might damage the driveway of his house. However, the trucks were parked in front of the driveway. The workers told Jove that they would move as soon as possible. They told him that they needed to finish their work and after that, they would move ahead.
Eyewitness say that the shooting started after the trucks already had moved ahead. Jove was allegedly recorded in a cell phone video while he was shooting at the trucks. The video was recorded by an AT&T employee. Jove flattened the tires of the truck, he also shot the radiators and made them useless.
Neighbours said that Jove was a quiet man but something got into him that day and he acted total nuts. Some reports also suggest that Jove pointed his revolver at a worker but he missed the shot. We don’t know how much is the reality in such claims. However, Jove was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and two counts of felony vandalism.
The police, when called to the site, asked Jove to drop his weapon. He complied with their orders and soon got arrested. Don’t forget to watch the video of his action:
